Return / Refund / Exchange Policy

We do not accept order cancellations or changes once your order has been placed. Please be sure to double check your order and read the product description for monogram information needed before submitting your order.

Due to the nature of the customized products in our shop, we do not accept returns and no refunds will be issued. If we made an error on your item, we will gladly replace it. Please send me an email with pictures within 2 days of delivery. Item must be returned in unworn or unused and received in the original condition. There will be no exchanges for a different color/product.

Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
